本公司属於外资企业,以PVC加工用固體、液體安定劑經營起家，並以PVC加工之添加劑，例如：滑劑、抗氧化劑、可塑劑、改質劑、色料、難燃劑等之組合系列產品配合營運。 其後，再將產品延伸到以泛用塑膠、橡膠、油漆塗料……等用途的化工產品系列，金屬皂、DCP、 CHP、有機過氧化物，以及PVC、EVA、PE等大宗塑膠原料的貿易。 自2000年以來，更順勢搭上科技產業列車，進入高附加價值的Ni-MH及Li離子電池隔離膜等科技材料之生產，以及奈米科技級水泥塗料之矽酸樹脂。
